Maitours improve the management of its transfers service with a new mobile app
Thanks to this application, the crew of Iberia that use Maitours airport shuttle service can receive and send confirmation notices via smartphone.
The spanish company Maitours, which has 200 employees and a fleet of 110 vehicles, is specialized in shuttle services and car renting with driver included.
Among the services offered, we should highlight the contribution made to Iberia related to the transport of crew members between home and the airport. Up to now, the management of these transfers was performed exclusively by telephone calls. To complement this system, solusoft has developed a check mobile application that aims to improve the service efficiency.
Through push notifications, each crew member will receive a message with the date, place and time of pick up. After receiving this information, the user may send through the app, available at Apple Store and Google Play, the confirmation required. An hour before the pick up, the app will provide an alarm reminder.
This mobile application eases the acces to the move’s data by the user, who also could consult the historial and send suggestions through an integrated tool box.
With this passenger check app, Maitours optimizes the management and monitorization of each transfer, improving in this way the efficiency and quality of its services.
